Quality issues, but fun to play

This was my first UNPRLD yoyo and I have mixed feelings about it and the brand now. I don't care too much about a little vibration, but the first one I got had so much vibe that it was really noticeable to me and a distraction. I checked that it was tight and the bearing seemed good so I asked YoyoExpert to replace it and they were awesome about it (great service). The replacement has a little bit of the same type of vibration, but not on the scale of the first one. The finish is not quite a clean metal look, it has a slight milkiness and lack of polish to it. There are also three pin-prick size specs in the surface finish. It's not a huge deal, but at the same time my Chinese yoyos that cost half as much have better finish and less vibe. So the quality experience has been a bit disappointing.

The yoyo's shape and size feels good in the hand and plays nicely. It has good spin power, binds nicely, but only has fair stability. If I'm a little sloppy it will start to tilt faster and more than my other favorite monometals. (which include the Offset Deviant+ and AceYo Gravitation 7.) I say "other favorite", because despite quality complaints, I do enjoy playing with this yoyo and have been playing it quite a bit since I got it. I find myself either getting better or adjusting to it and having it tilt on me less now than at the beginning.

So that is my honest and mixed opinion on the Unparalleled ReCognition Redux.
