The Standard Sampler Pack includes Type X, Ammo, Venom, Plutonium and Ka-Pow. 2 strings of each type (10 strings total!) in different colors so you won't get them mixed up while trying them out.

Inspired by a release on the YoYoExpert forums, the Lightsaber Sampler Pack are colored so you can choose which side of the force you are on!

The 'Light Side' (thinner Type X in Green & Blue)
The 'Dark Side' (thicker Plutonium in Dark Red)

Good way to find what you like

I've been looking for a new favorite string, so the sampler pack is a great way to test all the blends YYSL has to offer. I got the Standard pack, not the Lightsaber pack. The different colors are nice so you know what blend you're using. Each string easily pulls out of the container one at a time (looks like a jumbled mess but it's actually well thought out). Unfortunately my container didn't have the small sticker on the lid to say which color is which, so I had to refer back to this site for reference. While I have now found my two favorites of the four blends I will say that all the strings are great quality, feel nice in play, are durable, and they'll all get used. If you haven't tried YYSL before, but you want to and don't know which string get, then this is the best way to try them out before buying a larger quantity.
