The original General YO Prestige released back in 2013 and was one of our favorite General Yo throws to date! After a lot of requests for its return Ernie went back to the original design and its better than ever.

The new and improved Prestige has the same beautiful organic v-shape with the slight curves and rounded edges as the original. It looks almost identical to the original, but the new version was upgraded to take the new gen-19 pads for better binds and easier replacement of response.

This yo-yo is capable of some intense speed while maintaining a surprisingly agile and smooth feel on the string. It has excellent stability and spin time along with the perfect finish for grinds. The outer rim shape was designed for easy thumb grinds and the inner raised hub indentation helps perfect fingerspin style tricks. The Prestige is a total powerhouse intended for off the charts spin time and performance in 1A, 3A, or 5A!

An organic V!

This has become one of my top 3 yoyos of all time, so much so I've bought 2 just to have a back up. This thing is smooth with lots of power and spin time, with just the right amount of weight on the string. Great response on binds and excellent blasted finish. Ernie knows what he's doing when it comes to making great throws

Fun yo-yo and a classic

Agree with the other review. One of the smoothest yo-yos in my collection, and made even better with the standard response pads. The lavender color is great looking, and it's a very reliable player. I had the old version sold it, and have no regrets replacing it with this one, same quality.

The Prestige!!!

Very smooth, stable, and long spinning. My 2013 Prestige is one of the finest yo-yos I have ever played, and I have played hundreds of yo-yos. The Prestige has amazing balance and smoothness from Ernest Kaiser, the master of smooth. The new upgrade to the most recent pads will be a great improvement because the only problem I ever had with the old Prestige was weak returns. With the response improved, I expect the Prestige to be the best yo-yo for my style ever !!
