It’s a good yo-yo. Classic OD quality. Solid, feels good in the hand, etc. but it’s certainly different. I’m personally not a fan here as it’s not as stable as I had anticipated. The string wants to hit the walls even with a concave bearing installed. It makes you REALLY need to be aware of your string orientation. It’s no Kuntosh, let’s put it that way. But it’s absolutely a fine and fun yo-yo, just don’t expect a performer. I’m sure for some folks it’ll be a fun one, just not me. Your mileage may vary, get it? Because tire.....

Great look—my favorite hand fit of my 20 odd throws. In pictures it looks like it would be a thumb grinding machine, but the inside bevel to the lip slides off. It rewards clean, decisive throws with energetic spins, but it punishes my occasional intermediate-thrower-wobbliness with quick wipeouts. This’ll be fun for experienced throwers looking for something a bit different than the increasingly narrow shape consensus emerging at the high end good metal 1a yo-yos.

Really fun shape, feels really good in the hand, and side effects are a plus. Really good if you want something that plays different. The high walls are really fun, but they’re difficult to adjust to if you’re used to more forgiving shapes.
