Adegle, Taiwan’s first high-end yo-yo company first introduced the PSG - a plastic yo-yo with a truly professional feel for the price. The Macaron is now their answer for looping at an amazing price and showcasing a great design.
The Macaron showcases a standard shape that makes looping effortless and fun to learn and execute whether you are beginner or pro. What really makes this yo-yo stand out though is construction. The body itself is solid from exterior moving inward and the inside is constructed from a cap. Somewhat an 'inverse' design compared to other similar yo-yos. This gives Macaron a durable solid feel that is superb for looping.
Response is hugely important in looping. You want a system that can allow the yo-yo to quickly respond while at the same time lets the yo-yo spin well. Adegle's solution is the Spiral Claw. Spiral claws cut out away from the yo-yo grabbing the string only when tugged and when expected but allowing the yo-yo to still spin freely with less friction. A truly excellent compromise for spin and response in one great looping design.
At this price the Macaron is a great yo-yo to start learning two hand yo-yo play with ease. Comes complete in a great package and available in four bright colors.
