C3yoyodesign is a yo-yo company based in Hong Kong, where an extremely competitive yo-yo culture inspires them to design some of the best contest yo-yos on the market. Their first essential series of 2012 starts out with the Yeah3 (Yeah, Yeah Yeah!), a small competition yo-yo on the other end of the spectrum from their equally well designed H5.
The Yeah3 was made using C3's new “double V” shape. The double V reduces contact between the string and yo-yo, and along with a low inner wall and a wide catch zone, makes this yo-yo optimized for horizontal play.
Additionally, the Yeah3 is another example of C3yoyodesign's fresh ideas on aesthetic as well as performance design. It features a logo that could have come straight from the pages of a comic-book, and adds a snappy, finished look to it's all metal body.
