YoYoFactory - Affordable introduction to Yo-Yos
The Firedog by YoYoFactory is a great introductory yo-yo for players looking to just do the basics. This yo-yo does not have a ball bearing so you won't want to use this for string tricks but it is excellent for the "beginner" level.

What gives this yo-yo an edge over other non-bearing plastic yo-yos is the spinning plastic axle inside. As the yo-yo sleeps at the end of the string the plastic spins within allowing for less friction and better sleep time. Again you won't be learning string tricks on this but great for beginner tricks like the Sleeper, Walk the Dog, Forward Pass, Around the World, etc.

This yo-yo is also an excellent introduction to looping tricks. If you want to try looping or 2A play but just want to try it out without spending too much the Firedog is the answer.

Note: Due to the construction of the Firedog this yo-yo does not unscrew. Knots will need to be taken out using a paper clip or something similar.Back OrderYYF_FD
